WHO WE ARE
Bornman & Hayward Incorporated is a firm of attorneys located in the Northern
Suburbs of Cape Town, with its principal place of business at Suite 1, 2 Reiger Road,
Stellenberg, Bellville, Western Cape Province.
Founded by Mr. Chris Bornman and Mr. Peter Hayward on 1 June 1971, we have
evolved into a leading legal practice serving a diverse clientele. The partnership was
converted into a company in 1998 and is currently managed by three shareholders
who also serve as directors.
We are a level 2 B-BBEE contributor.
Our professional team consists of seven attorneys and two candidate attorneys,
supported by a support staff of twenty-seven employees. We specialise in various
areas of law, striving to provide excellent professional services to our clients.
The practice is organised into distinct departments, each overseen by one or more
directors.
Close cooperation between departments ensure that we comprehensively address our client’s legal needs.
